"Serenade" is a Magellan 36 Bluewater Cruising Ketch.  We bought her in 1995 and sailed away to Mexico two months later.

Since then we have cruised her each year throughout the Sea of Cortez, enjoying the leisure life of retirement in the warm waters in the Sea of Cortez, the fantastically beautiful creatures that call the Sea their home and the pleasure of new relationships with other cruisers.
In 1999 we found ourselves torn between our love for our little grandsons and the desire for extended cruising aboard our seagoing home.  This conflict  led us to offer her "FOR SALE."

"Serenade" has been sold and renamed "Sentisco".  In 2000 she was lying in Mazatlan.
